      Fantastic product, but....

      I have purchased Sun & Earth products for years. Great value, great product. I recently had an issue with the fabric softener being way too thick for the dispenser. Had to thin out with water, and even then it was clogging my machine. If thinking about buying this item, try a sample size first.

      I have been using the liquid fabric softener for a few years, finding it superior in softening and controlling static electricy to other brands of "natural" softeners.
      Recently I had a bottle that was thicker than ususal and did not dilute in the washer. After contacting customer service, they let me know there had been a batch that was more viscious than usual and promptly helped with getting me a replacement.
      Both a great product and company.

      Great for winter season -- reduces static electricity

      Although used sparingly during the summer, I resort to Sun & Earth liquid fabric softener during the dry winter months when static electricity can be a big problem.

      The very light citrus scent is delightful for all laundry types and keeps the moisture in the clothes. The resulting fragrance is natural smelling and non-toxic.

      Goes great with the rest of the Sun & Earth line up of laundry products, like their laundry soap, dryer sheets and organic stain remover pen.
